Returns & Exchanges
We’re happy to assist you with your return or exchange. Our policy allows for returns of unused and unwashed items in their original packaging, purchased within the last 30 days. Items purchased on sale or as gift cards are marked as "final sale" and are not eligible for return.

Return Criteria:

  • In original condition (unwashed/unworn)

  • With original packaging and tags

  • Purchased within the last 30 days

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Defect in item delivered

Please inspect your item upon receipt, as returns that do not meet these guidelines will not be accepted. Once we receive an eligible return, your return or exchange will be processed.

Steps to Return/Exchange:

  1. Contact us at info@cottoncraft.shop to initiate your return. Please include your order number and reason for return.

  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us.

  4. Repack the items securely in the original packaging and drop them off at your local post office.

Returns must be sent promptly; refunds or exchanges will not be processed until the returned items are received and inspected.

Refund Options:

  • Refund to your original payment method

  • Exchange for a different item (we recommend returning first, then placing a new order)

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale items

  • Custom gift boxes

  • Custom orders (We do not accept returns for custom orders)

  • Products with minor shipping damage to the boxes

  • Shipping delays caused by courier services

  • Minor color variations from photos due to small batch production

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at info@cottoncraft.shop.

All return and refund requests are individually reviewed by the Cotton Craft team. The decision to approve or deny a return is made at our sole discretion, based on the return’s eligibility and all relevant details.

By placing an order with Cotton Craft, you agree to all stated terms and conditions, including the responsibility for return shipping (when applicable) and acceptance of our return review process. These guidelines are in place to ensure fairness and prevent policy misuse or fraudulent chargebacks.
