Returns & Exchanges
We’re happy to assist you with your return or exchange. Our policy allows for returns of unused and unwashed items in their original packaging, purchased within the last 30 days. Items purchased on sale or as gift cards are marked as "final sale" and are not eligible for return.

Please inspect your item upon receipt, as returns that don’t meet these guidelines won’t be accepted. Once we receive an eligible return, your return or exchange will be processed.
Steps to Return/Exchange:

Contact us at info@cottoncraft.shop to initiate your return. Please include your order number and reason for return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending your package.

Repack the items securely in the original packaging, and drop them off at your local post office.
Please return your items promptly, as refunds or exchanges will not be processed until we receive the returned items.

Exchange for a different item (best to return first, then make a new purchase).
Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Products with minor shipping damage to the boxes

Shipping delays caused by courier services (We do not accept returns if orders are delayed due to courier services)

Minor color variations to the pictures, as our products are made in small batches
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you whether your refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
